Northwest Center operates the Mercer Island (Mary Wayte) Pool on Mercer Island, the Northshore (Ruiz-Costie) Pool in Bothell, the Redmond Hartman Pool in Redmond, and the St. Edward Park (Carole Ann Wald) Pool and gymnasium in Kenmore.

Each pool offers 25-yard lap lanes, programs and lessons for participants from infants through seniors. These include group, private or semi-private swimming lessons; water exercise; lifeguard training; first aid; diving; pre-comp and CPR. We also offer the Adapted Aquatics program—swim lessons for children with mild to moderate physical or mental disabilities.

Northwest Center is hiring energetic, customer service oriented lifeguards and swim instructors. Northwest Center pools offer part-time to full-time seasonal work that can fit any schedule. In addition, we provide training in swim instruction, customer service, and pool maintenance as well as the opportunity for advancement.
