Monica shares her easy grin and friendly nature with everyone she meets, which makes her a perfect fit for her job at Trader Joe’s. Staff and customers alike appreciate her positive attitude, dedication and hard work. Monica preps the store for opening, including wiping down the check-out counters, cleaning the refrigerator cases and breaking down boxes. Monica is very active and attends dance classes, goes skiing and travels regularly with her family. No wonder she’s always smiling.

Northwest Center’s programs for children and adults with disabilities are at a critical point. We’ve experienced 40 years of success and are positioned to make even greater strides in the coming years.
