 Headsprout
Early Learning Program is a highly interactive, computer based children’s
reading program located on Capitol Hill. The organization has a strong
and diverse team of production staff, including Northwest Center client
Kathy.
Recognizing Kathy’s resourcefulness and organizational skills, Headsprout made her the lead producer of their marketing/sales folder for new customers. “The whole office is less stressful because of Kathy,” says Office Administrator Heather Smyth. “When our staff asks for more of these packets, we know that Kathy will be in on Thursday to complete them.” Headsprout has benefited from hiring a total of three Northwest Center clients—enthusiastic people who not only possess professional skills, but also bring the desire to be significant contributors. “I am so happy I hired them,” says Heather. “I am thrilled they are working here because they are such great assets to the team.” |
