We work together to help each other. If we see one person in dire need of help in performing his duties for the day we get together and get everything done successfully by working together. I like to help my co-workers do their work, to help them complete their job successfully by giving them advice and helping them get the job done well.

My favorite part of the job is reaching out to the community, particularly to local schools and students; getting an opportunity to introduce young people to ideas of inclusion, recycling and support for non-profit organizations. I enjoy working with our donors and knowing I am part of a great cause. My favorite part of the job is talking, meeting and greeting the donors and general public while collecting items to support NWC programs. Everyone here works very hard to collect as many donations as possible and to educate people about NWC.
