Kyle Diercks joined the Northwest Center as its Chief Growth Officer in February 2026. As the leader of the organization’s growth strategy, Kyle works to establish the foundations, systems, and partnerships necessary for the organization’s next level of growth. He is a senior executive, attorney, and entrepreneur with decades of global executive experience spanning business development, brand strategy, marketing, and customer experience.
With a career that has taken him across Asia, Europe, and the United States, Kyle has previously held leadership roles in corporate and nonprofit entities as Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Brand Officer, and CEO. He has worked with global brands and institutions to drive revenue growth, elevate brand positioning, and build high-performing teams, while also serving as a national consultant and speaker on topics including international business, leadership, and corporate responsibility.
In addition to his executive leadership, Kyle has been deeply engaged in community and nonprofit work, including leadership roles with large national organizations and service on multiple boards. Kyle is a former city councilman and was recognized as a Puget Sound Business Journal “40 Under Forty” honoree.
