Northwest Center Receives Grants to Support Children, Families, and Community Services
Northwest Center is honored to receive recent grant funding that strengthens our ability to serve children, families, and individuals across our community.
Investing in Community Through King County’s VSHSL
Northwest Center is proud to be awarded a grant from the Department of Community and Human Services’ Veterans, Seniors, and Human Services Levy (VSHSL) of King County.
This investment helps ensure that residents of King County receive high-quality services by strengthening the workplaces that provide critical support. It also reflects a shared commitment to building a stronger, more inclusive community.
We are grateful for this partnership and for King County’s continued investment in organizations like Northwest Center that are working every day to expand access, remove barriers, and create opportunity.
Supporting Early Learning Through Tulalip Cares
Northwest Center is also deeply grateful to receive a generous grant from Tulalip Cares.
This funding supports children with disabilities and developmental delays, from birth to age three, helping ensure they have access to early learning services that are critical during the earliest stages of development.
Early intervention plays a vital role in building a strong foundation for lifelong learning, growth, and independence. With the support of Tulalip Cares, Northwest Center can continue providing inclusive, high-quality services that meet children and families where they are.
A Shared Commitment to Inclusion
These grants represent more than funding. They are an investment in people, in families, and in a future where everyone has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive.
We are grateful to both King County and Tulalip Cares for their partnership and for their commitment to strengthening communities through inclusion and access.
