Chris was born in Honolulu, later moving to Idaho and then Seattle, where he has spent most of his life. Since joining Northwest Center Kids in 2016, Chris has worked in every classroom, gaining lots of experience with the children and families at Chinook.
Chris, who has worked in the field since 2011, is in the process of earning his associate’s and bachelor’s degrees in Early Childhood Education. Working with children brings him pure joy because he knows he is helping better their lives through the conversations and experiences they share here. Working with children of all abilities comes naturally to him.
Chris enjoys riding his bicycle and, as a member of the Seattle bicycle community, is an advocate for pedestrians and cyclists. He also has season tickets with the Seattle Sounders, so you can catch him at every match in the supporters’ section, waving the big flags!
