Kaylee Ainge

Family Resources Coordinator

Kaylee joined Early Supports in 2023. A native of Utah, she graduated from the University of Utah with dual BS degrees in Psychology and Human Development & Family Studies. While acquiring her undergrad, Ainge volunteered at Primary Children’s Hospital, where she monitored and worked with well siblings in the hospital’s playroom, and at the therapeutic preschool Children’s Center.

Shortly after graduation, Kaylee and her husband began their new life in Washington state. Since her arrival, she has worked as a preschool teacher, RBT/CBT, as a counselor at a day center for adults experiencing homelessness, and most recently as a behavioral health care coordinator at Kitsap Mental Health Services.

Kaylee enjoys hiking, attending concerts and festivals, traveling, painting, spending time with loved ones, and eating delicious food, and is also a huge fan of Studio Ghibli, Sailor Moon, and fantasy novels and movies.
