Kelsey joined Northwest Center in 2010 as HR Coordinator, and quickly rose through the ranks as HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Generalist/Lead Recruiter, Human Resources Program Manager, Director of HRIS & Benefits, and Senior Director of People Operations before being named Chief Human Resources Officer in 2022. Kelsey implemented Northwest Center’s HRIS system that includes payroll, timekeeping, benefits, document management, and onboarding. A skilled communicator, she also creates custom HRIS trainings and manuals for both employee and client users, manages open enrollment benefits and messaging, and continuously identifies and implements HR process improvement and efficiency.
Previously, Kelsey was HR Coordinator for Blood Bank Computer Systems, Inc., and served as Program Manager for Chesterfield Health Services. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology & Administrative Management from Central Washington University and holds a Certificate in HR Management from the University of Washington – Michael G. Foster School of Business.
