Lavina has worked in an assortment of positions within Northwest Center Kids, gaining knowledge inside and outside of the classroom to support colleagues, families, and program staff. She joined Northwest Center in 2006 as a part-time assistant teacher for our Early Learning program.
In 2008, Lavina transitioned to the administrative position of Office Manager. In 2012, her role expanded as she became Business Director for Northwest Center Kids. Currently she is working to help support our departments with maintaining family accounts, reviewing procedures, financials, and other various administrative tasks.
Lavina holds her BA in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University and a master’s degree in Management from University of Phoenix.
In her free time, Lavina enjoy designing T-shirts and other projects with her Cricut machine, working around the house on DIY projects, and spending time with her family. The things she loves most about working with kids are their different personalities and watching them grow.
