Snejana is delighted to have the opportunity to support staff and families at NWC Kids at Chinook. Snejana joined the Early Learning team in 2015 and spent seven years as Director of the previous Greenwood Early Learning location. In her role as Family Support Specialist, she collaborates with classrooms and administrators about enrollment and waitlists, organizes family events, and connects with community partners to exchange resources that benefit staff and families. She is passionate about Northwest Center’s mission of inclusion and thrilled to be able to partner with the incredible teaching staff and parents to help our community thrive.
Snejana grew up in Ukraine and moved to the U.S. after college. She spent 15 years in St. Louis prior to arriving in Seattle, where she feels she has finally found her home among the evergreens. She loves taking road trips with her two sons, spending time with the team SAKE Dragon Boat and Paddling Club on Lake Washington, exploring art and nature, and finding the best view for a picnic.
